A career with animals can involve either working directly with animals, in a hands on role - e.g. vets, vet nursing, dog wardens, animal care assistants, dog and cat behaviourists and handlers, or it may involve working in a more remote way e.g. management, administrative or personnel positions.

If you are considering a career in animal welfare, start by first obtain good careers advice and then gaining some relevant work experience and/or a qualification.
